Enter the school festival! Harassment is in order for Akane and Natsuru from their fans, for the contest preparations, more teasing by Shizuku, and the tension sprouting between Akane and Sakura for Natsuru. I really don't know if I should call him lucky or unlucky...
The really funny shit comes in the actual contest. Natsuru (female) is cosplaying as a prince and has no idea what to do for the skills part of the contest. Fortunately for her, Entrail Animals start flying out of nowhere and bride/Entrail Princess Sakura comes right in, proclaiming her love to prince Natsuru, even though they are sworn enemies! But what's this? Assassin Cowgirl Akane comes right in trying to split them and kill them both, but actually she just wants prince Natsuru's love! But the prince is actually a girl, OMG!
Ok, how did we get from a Miss Contest to a hollywood-esque touching story of love, drama and entrails that screams "BAKA!" like a tsukkomi? I have no idea. Be ready for anime references and killer jokes, for anyone planning to see the episode, because there are alot of those. Continuing the rampage now:
All seems lost for Entrail Princess Sakura. Assassin Akane has her in her sights, but fear not! The legendary Entrail Hero Sango Shizuku has come to save the day... by knocking everyone uncounscious with her daggers.
When Natsuru-kun next wakes up, he's in the student council office with Shizuku dressed in his male school uniform. Oh, and Shizuku makes it perfectly clear that she saved him from that mess, so, it would seem a thank you is in order. But that's not enough for her. What is enough? Stealing a kiss from Natsuru, leaving him with a very red and dumbstruck face.
On a side note: we could actually see her tongue for a second there.
This was the funnier episode until now, with its above average voice acting, awesome jokes, and dynamic and unique characters. And I feel better ones are to come. This might be my last post for some days, due to my exams coming up.
